Journey to Expansive Nothingness (SOLD OUT)

  • Center for the Enlightenment Arts 301 Ten Eyck Street Brooklyn, NY, 11206 United States (map)

SOLD OUT!!

Join us on November 5th for a unique meditation experience that will guide you from movement to stillness. This meditation session is designed to be a transformative journey within, where we'll explore the depths of body and mind and their relationship!

We’re so excited to bring a handful of exciting new elements to the practice!

We will have a guest facilitator, Jac Høja, a classically trained cellist, sound meditation facilitator, DJ, producer, yoga instructor, and community builder. Jac draws inspiration from a rich tapestry of musical instruments, ranging from the electric cello to gongs and Tibetan singing bowls, using them as therapeutic tools to guide you on your journey toward transcendence.

We're thrilled to host this event in the brand-new Center for the Enlightenment Arts at 301 Ten Eyck St in Bushwick. This is a community run event space focused on coming back to our true nature - that of love, connection and community. That’s where we find our strength! More information on the center and offerings coming soon!

In the first part of the session, we'll embark on a sensory journey, moving around the space, and immersing ourselves in the power of visuals. Together, we'll tap into the wisdom of our bodies and embrace the beauty of movement.

As we transition to the second part of the session, we'll ease into a restorative practice. Here, we'll integrate breath work, vocalization, and visualization techniques, all aimed at empowering positive and lasting cognitive change and fostering a sense of inner peace.

We will open doors at 530p and start at 6p. We’ll end at 9p.
