Dance. Eat. Connect. Go Deep!

The Sunday Service is a new paradigm in spiritual practice. Come together with us and show up as each other's healers, guides and friends on the path from mutual empowerment to group enlightenment.

We are co-creating a practice room for our spiritual work, where, fueled by donations and community participation, we do the work together through the power of movement, sharing and connection.

We want you to show up for the level of commitment that feels best for you, whether that be one session or the whole day; we just ask that you stay for the entire section once we’ve begun.

More details to come:

12:00-1:00pm Ecstatic Dance led by Nina Chausow

We’ll begin our day together with an hour of ecstatic dance. This open space for intuitive movement will allow us to move from our heads into our bodies. Our physical forms store so much, but we often don't allow for their complete expression. We’ll be invited to move into all of our aspects- the rage, the desire, the ecstasy, the gratitude of being in a body and the sadness and grief that we can never speak words into.

1:00-2:00pm Brunch Potluck

We’ll then share in a potluck style brunch, fueling the body and sharing in community. We don't have too much in the space - just a hot water heater and microwave. If you’re able to bring things like coffee makers or hot pots, that would be fabulous. Any and all contributions are welcome - we have had everything from giant pots of homemade soup to freshly made waffles!

2:00-3:30pm Trust Building Experience with Allan Fair and Alex Frankel (of the Hot Fat Guy Club)

It has been said that trust takes time to build. In a time of seismic societal change, however, those who can build communities of trust and psychological safety are poised to have greater camaraderie, innovation and productivity.  This workshop demonstrates how applying authenticity and realness in day to day conversations can bring a refreshing candor in our professional and personal lives.

3:30-5:00pm Vocal Voyage guided by Tobin Asher

For our final chapter, we will use the foundation of embodiment and authentic relating as a launchpad to explore our voices in novel ways. We will experience ourselves as instruments, and we will experiment with surrendering to the natural intelligence of love. It is always a mystery as to where the voyage will lead. This is an invitation to chart waters unknown with other adventurous travelers by your side.

We are so looking forward to sharing another beautiful sunday together.

With love and connection!
