Dance. Eat. Connect. Go Deep!

The Sunday Service is a new paradigm in spiritual practice. Come together with us and show up as each other's healers, guides and friends on the path from mutual empowerment to group enlightenment. We are co-creating a practice room for our spiritual work, where, fueled by donations and community participation, we do the work together through the power of movement, sharing and connection. We want you to show up for the level of commitment that feels best for you, whether that be one session or the whole day; we just ask that you stay for the entire section once we’ve begun.

More details to come:

11:30am-12pm - Special WARM UP - Osho® Chakra Sounds Meditation by Isha

This meditation uses vocal sounds to open and harmonize the chakras or energy centers while bringing awareness to them. It can bring you into a deep, peaceful, inner silence either through making your own vocal sounds, or by just listening to the music and feeling the sounds within you. Isha (Justyna) Kostek studied and facilitated active meditations at the Osho International Meditation Institute in Pune, India, where she earned her certification as an active meditation instructor. Isha has guided these transformative practices at various spiritual gatherings, including ecstatic dance events, women's circles, cacao ceremonies, and different yoga studios in NYC.

12:00-1:00pm Creative Flow with Annika Rhea

Creative Flow is a movement class for all levels blending guided exploration, movement meditation and ecstatic dance. Activate creativity and awareness within your body's current state through exploring different movement pathways, intuitive stretching, visualization techniques and partner work. Come move, explore and expand your flow.

1:00-2:00pm Brunch Potluck

We’ll then share in a potluck style brunch, fueling the body and sharing in community. We don't have too much in the space - just a hot water heater and microwave. If you’re able to bring things like coffee makers or hot pots, that would be fabulous. Any and all contributions are welcome - we have had everything from giant pots of homemade soup to freshly made waffles!

2:00-3:30pm Authentic Relating led by Nina Chausow

Supported by a present moment connective container, we will dive deeply into the practices of identifying, asking for and receiving our desires, so that we can gain greater fulfillment in our relationships. We will support each other in slowing down, tapping into our true desires, as well as our “Yes’s” and “No’s” to co-create a space of consent, fulfillment, and connection with one another. Equipt with tools about how to truly ask for what we desire in a safe and accepting environment, we will source nourishment from revealing ourselves, receiving care and support from others, and building connection from a place of abundance and heart.

3:30-5:00pm Sound Meditation with Yuj

Yuj is a somatic alchemist, musician, storyteller, and self-mastery multidisciplinary artist. He is known mainly for his sound alchemy where he honors the gifts from our ancestors connecting us back to nature. The soundscape journey is a fusion of vocal toning and multi-faceted instrumentation, creating deep immersive meditative states. The experience creates harmonic resonance in the space to revitalize and balance your body and mind.
