Dance. Eat. Connect. Go Deep!
The Sunday Service
is a new paradigm in spiritual practice. Come together with us and show up as each other's healers, guides and friends on the path from mutual empowerment to group enlightenment.

We are co-creating a practice room for our spiritual work, where, fueled by donations and community participation, we do the work together through the power of movement, sharing and connection.

We want you to show up for the level of commitment that feels best for you, whether that be one session or the whole day; we just ask that you stay for the entire section once we’ve begun.

12:00pm Ecstatic Dance with Nina Chausow

We will open our Sunday with an ecstatic dance. Using a style influenced by 5 rhythms, we will allow our overtaxed minds to rest and drop into our bodies through somatic experiencing practices. We will build up a joyous sweat (and appetite :) and then, from a place of presence and awareness, we will coast out into a day of community.

1:00-2:00pm Brunch Potluck

We’ll then share in a potluck style brunch, fueling the body and sharing in community. We don't have too much in the space - just a hot water heater and microwave. If you’re able to bring things like coffee makers or hot pots, that would be fabulous. Any and all contributions are welcome - we have had everything from giant pots of homemade soup to freshly made waffles!

2:00-3:30pm Tantric Latihan w
Alan Shurafa & Rachel Clark

Latihan is the practice of following your inner guidance and cultivating the space to tune in and be your authentic self, expressed in conscious movement in connection with self and others. Participants are blindfolded and move as the music and space move you... The magic of Latihan is simple. Sometimes, when we are still and quiet, or in an unusual heightened state of awareness, we can be suddenly aware of this deeper life going on. The process of the Latihan reconnects us with something greater than ourselves and keeps this special awareness alive and active.

3:30-5:00pm Sound Meditation

Lastly, we will come back together for meditation- involving breath, vocal toning and sound. This session will be led by Tiffany SantosMeditation will be ecstatic after we’ve just moved from our heads to our bodies in dance, nourished each other and dropped deeply into connection and presence.  With these elements deeply felt we can reframe the meditative process, not as MY individual process, but as OUR collaborative path to the heart open and connected future we want for this world. Supporting one another with love, connection and community.  That’s where we find our real strength!
