​A Dance in Polarity

​Join us for an evening of breath, sound, and embodiment, as we explore the energetic polarities we all carry within.

​Yang + Yin. Masculine + Feminine. A dance between fire and water, earth and air.

​We'll move through and breathe and play with these energies.

​Our first chapter together will be an up-regulated breathwork journey, led by Lola Martinez from Othership. Together, we'll intentionally activate the sympathetic nervous system — our state of doing, preparedness, vigilance. We'll heat up the body as we harness the power of our inner masculine energy.

​For our second chapter, we'll ground back down as we surrender to a sound healing journey, led by William Berk, MD. We'll move into the emotional depths of our parasympathetic nervous system, where we are primed to receive and expand within the feminine spaciousness of sound.

​Gospel will be our portal for the evening. Join us for the dance.
